Reminder for everyone nPlease check your order before leavingnnI ordered two hotcakes, but they were given to me without butter or syrup, so I had to go back and ask for them. The staff and manager’s attitude was quite rude, which made me feel like I was begging for something that should have come with the order.nnHonestly, how are you supposed to eat hotcakes without butter and syrup? I don’t usually like leaving complaints, but I was really disappointed with the service this time.
Got told to wait 10 minutes for my food which is okay, but was isn’t okay is getting my food, A quarter of my chips when I payed for a large, My bistro burger had honey siracha never requested it, and my coke may aswell have been water from a sewer pipe, it was diluted to the point there wasn’t even syrup. I don’t know what the workers are doing or the managers are managing but it definitely doesn’t include making fast food for people who are trying to get by, I would say im disappointed but you guys dont bother reading these reviews and as it stands I’ll be damned if any of you can read, cant believe this McDonald’s is still allowed to run and sell food to people
BY FAR the worst McDonalds I’ve visited in Perth. Every time I custom order to remove an ingredient they intentionally add MORE of it.nnIm going to start checking every item from now on in the drive thru.nnSome kid needs to get fired.
I seriously want to like this place but I can't...nnMost of the time if you ask for no ingredients on your burger, they will somehow add the one you don't like the most, I opted for just asking plain cheeseburgers, they added onions I don't like eating them. The order clearly says ONLY CHEESE. Note this was in a low customer time, it would be understandable if there was a lot of peoplennThats not all, I had the worst BigMac here and because of that I'm not having another one again in my life. Often flavourless and the one I ate was slimy.nnThe fries? These aren't freshly cooked , they felt like they had a couple of hours being warmed, kinda soggy.nnOverall the ambience is meh, garbage piled up in the trash cans, dirty tables and floors... At least there is AC.nnIt's close to my place but, heck, I prefer asking in the city or other closer restaurant with fresher food.nnNever visiting Belmont's McDonald's again.
They don't know how to change the drinks over when adding the syrup. Flat drinks and when ordering food with out add ons, they just add more.nnStaff will talk to freinds for ten mins in the drive though.nnThis is has nice as i could of said it.nI have pictures and a video but i cant be bothered with the effort
