An absolutely fantastic way to spend an afternoon out. Gold coin donation at entry, a slow wander through the gallery admiring all the fantastic locally sourced art or creations that are on display. A rotation of art allows for a new experience each time you return, as well as new artists getting exposure. Take a walk through the garden tracks for a leisurely 30min to 1hr stroll with the most intricate and captivating sculptures around. Stop for a bite and a cuppa in the cafe or bring a picnic basket and enjoy the waters edge as the ducks glide over curiously. A very lovely day out and overall experience.

A great place to spend a few hours wondering around the extensive outdoor gardens. There are undemanding trails through a forested area leading to sculptures spotted throughout, great for the kids, and adults to explore, lots of open space, 2 indoor gallery spaces, gift shop and cafe with meals and drinks as well as artist studios. The gardens are well established and its fun to wonder around the outdoor trails exploring the sculptures large and small. I think the majority, if not all, are Australian artists, but overall the quality of work is quite interesting and I'm impressed by the effort to create an interesting relationship between the environment and the sculptures. The indoor galleries are smallish but for the size of the spaces have tightly curated and interesting exhibitions which is a real credit to the staff. You could probably get through it all without to much stress in a couple of hours but depending on where you are coming from, with travel times, I would suggest committing a full day and planning some other adventures along the Mornington Peninsula.

Love the grounds and all the art to see and discover. But if you have kids bring a picnic. The cafe is lovely but is not very child friendly. We also kind of feel unwelcome if we do bring the kids. I respect the fact that they are trying to cater for a specific market but even their version of a sandwich is far to exotic for most children's taste. We continually see families enjoying the gallery and I'm sure they would love it even more with some more family friendly options on the cafes menu.

Great environment for enjoying the sculptures in relaxed setting with native bush surrounds. The works are clearly but unobtrusively labelled.

Great place to visit for an enjoyable lunch; which you can then work off in easy stages with an amble around the fascinating Sculpture Park. The broad variety of exhibits will provoke and entertain.
