I found this McDonald's store to be neat tidy and clean. Service was good and polite, and the food was great. The place was nicely situated on a corner block and had lots of greenery around it.Food: 5/5
Ive been coming here on and off for a while and there is a good chance they won't consider your custom orders and just give you the default burger. Even if they follow through, there is a 50/50 something won't be right in some way. Busy or not, results seem to be the same sadly...Food: 1/5
This is the second occasion I have visited with the same sort of service. I ordered for myself and my partner from the touchscreen, took a photo of the order number on the screen as no McDonald's has the receipt printer working ever. Ordered for my parents then sat down. My parents order was ready after some time but the order for my partner and I was taking a while, we were the only people seated and there were no more than two other people that walked in at any one time their orders were equally slow. I got up and asked at the counter a couple of times and they said it was still on its way. After 45 minutes I went to ask and they said they never had the order I even showed them the photo of the touchscreen from earlier I did manage to get a refund only after I described what the order was and they were then able to find it. We had spent an hour here at this point in time. The first time I was here it took a long time but I did get my food. But this is two for two for long waits.
We have always enjoyed coming here and had an excellent "hit rate" when asking for a bacon and egg muffin to be made fresh the only way I enjoy the.! Unfortunately this time the muffin was obviously NOT fresh and upon returning it then received and even less fresh one with grey egg yolk... I ate it and felt unwell for some time after
One of the worst Mac Donald’s ever. The coffee was so bad it was like drinking dirty water. You couldn’t even taste coffee. The hasbrowns were like rocks. The lady made me wait to get replacements because drive thru was more important. New ones just as bad. Oil hasn’t been changed in ages. Just awful
Yesterday afternoon I ordered a large Big Mac meal and my partner got a quarter pounder meal. Our chips were cold but the burgers were ok. This was around 3pm. At 7pm I started feeling really nauseous and not right in the stomach. At 11pm Saliva started pooling in my mouth and I felt like I was going to be sick. I tried to go to the toilet but nothing was happening. I knew the only way I would get through this was if I made myself throw up. I’ll spare you the gorey details. Basically I was spewing out of my mouth and arse between 11pm and 2am. I hope this McDonald’s can review their hygiene and food safety processes so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Thanks for reading.
Horrible service, took way to long to get our food. My cheeseburger was stale and tasted like cardboard. My chips were also dry, cold and stale and my ice coffee was warm and had no ice in it.
We were glad this was open late in Wonthaggi for us to buy ice creams and quick meals. I am disappointed in McDonald's changing the caramel recipe in the sundae! Why do this? The caramel no longer stays nice and gooey once in the ice cream! And tastes horrible too!!! Stop with the cheap replacement rubbish! Put the old caramel recipe from 1990s back in! This is my feedback!
service was super slow. They track KPIs for their drive through, not people who ordered at the counter. They had thus given the drive-thru queue a higher priority when preparing their orders.Food: 2/5
Visited maccas in Korumburra, friendly staff, food came out promptly and wasn't slapped together like they usually do at maccas with their burgers. My family and I sat outside on their tables and chairs which were sheltered from the wind. As always maccas is good for a quick feed.Food: 5/5
