I am starting a small business creating story boxes with open ended resources for children to promote their imagination and curiosity  based on children's stories. MBL has become my go to store! I was searching everywhere online and in Perth and I finally found the perfect professional look display bags! Yesterday I discovered these lovely linen bags to present the rest of the resources. I love the linen bags as children will be able to use them over and over again!

I have a business that i run in Indonesia and have friends fly over goods from MBL every few months, the process from me speaking via email with the ladies to ordering, payment and having friends collect the goods has always been smooth and staff nothing but extremely helpful for many many years. Thank you team.

Just got told by my mother who went here about how a worker decided to make fun of my mothers name as she thought my mum had left but she heard it as she came back into the store for a refund. Maybe before being immature and acting like a higherschooler, you should respect customers or at least wait for them to leave properly before they hear you... how disappointing.

An absolute waste of time, this people can’t even comprehend the most basic request and always have excuses or blame someone else that is not in the office or in annual leave.nIt’s been a couple of weeks that I was was trying to buy a simple commercial food wrap machine via telephone, I would have loved to order it and even pick it up the next day or something, but it just didn’t happen, apparently my request was so complicated that they even hanged up the phone on me twice.nWith 20+ years experience in hospitality I will never ever recommend this rude people to anyone.nAbsolutely pathetic.

Rang the ladies to make arrangements for catering supplies & cups for a school social event and they were fantastic and easy to deal with.  Helpful friendly service. Will definitely enquire here should I need bulk supplies again. And minimum order quantities often aren't as big as you might think. Good range of plastic  alternatives and biodegradables.nHappy customer.
