He’s rude when I enquired about when my job would be finished and I still have not yet got it completed. He hung up on me.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner has poor communication skills at the best of times, but on my latest trip he actually became aggressive and hostile because upon collection he realised he forgot to tell me it was cash only so wouldn’t accept card payment, and also didn’t want to give me his bank details to do a bank transfer - this was a corporate job so my only options were card or invoice and I wouldn’t have proceeded if I’d known it was cash only. He was slamming frames around and yelling at me about ‘not agreeing with the cashless society’ and refused to give my artwork back. Would not recommend this shop to anyone. There are plenty of framers to support in Maylands and surrounds.
