We’re at the school for the Mandarin program. Other than that, would not go to this school. Really disorganised, poor communication, low standard of even just basic hygiene and groundskeeping, some lovely teachers but also some who have no empathy. Extremely poor leadership from Principal who seems to lack people skills and administrative skills, so I’m not sure what she brings of value. Also quite outdated grounds/facilities. Very unsafe environment at the front of the school on the road etc during pick up and drop off times - needs some pedestrian crossing, school crossing guards, improved signage, etc. We won’t be at this school long, already looking for other options elsewhere. Our younger child has learning disability and no way will we send him here, he would get lost in the systemnhere.
I recently had the pleasure of enrolling my children at Mawson Primary School, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the level of service and support provided by the school officer. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist made the entire enrollment experience seamless and stress-free.I am grateful for the outstanding commitment demonstrated by the school officer at Mawson Primary School. It's evident that the staff is dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive environment for both students and parents. I am confident that my children are in good hands and look forward to being a part of the Mawson Primary School community.

Over the last 5 years Mawson has seen incredible growth and change. A very high performing school on national standardised tests as well as the Mandarin program has meant this Visible Learning school is a rapidly growing.
I love this school because it's a fun school and kids go to mawson
