I am so glad I found the Maven dental clinic Cairns, at different Cairns dental clinic I was quoted $1600.00 to have a single lower wisdom tooth extracted and I was told that it had to be done under a general anesthetic I decided to get the dental work done at Maven dental clinic Cairns. Maven clinic charged me only $387.00 and the extraction was done under a local Anesthetic. The entire wisdom tooth extraction barely took 5 minutes for the Maven expert dentist to perform it was done so fast I did not even notice the tooth extraction was complete and was 100% completely pain free. This was the best dental experience I ever had! I would highly recommend the Maven dental clinic in Cairns. And I would not hesitate in going back for any additional dental work in the future. They have definitely have won a customer for life!

Horrible service!! I would give 0 stars if I could. The dentist wanted to remove all of my wisdom teeth and found 4 cavities on different teeth. He wanted to charge me $3000 for this service. I told him that I am just an international student and that I don't have that kind of money and my insurance won't cover it. I asked if I do have to do all of it or if some teeth can be left alone. He insisted that everything has to get done since they had apparently all cavities and they have to be removed. He just told me I should try to get a deal with my health insurance. So I went to Bali to go to the dentist since I couldn't afford it here in Australia. I tried two different dentists and both of them told me that only one wisdom tooth has to be removed. The other teeth are fine, only have pre cavities and are not even worth doing! This is the second time I came to this aussie dentist in under 1 1/2 years and both times they found so many problems with my teeth. Just a year ago when I came here I had to pay $1000 for my teeth. They just want to make big money from innocent people. They wasted my time and money since I had to book a trip to Bali just to find out that this dentist was lying to me! Never ever again. Please save your money and time and go to an honest dentist that you can trust!

Nadine treated my broken tooth today after an emergency appointment. What I liked especially was her good, sincere and common sense advice. She also made me feel at ease, listened well and did an excellent job with a lovely gentle touch. I recommend her very highly (and I've experienced a few dentists in my many years!) Thank you to Katie, too!

Just attended Maven Dental Cairns City for my regular cleaning appointment. I always see Alana as shes nice and gentle. Dr Rod checked my teeth for me and did my filling on the same day!

Fantastic Dentist, Michael Slatcher. He is very friendly and excellent at his work. I have been going to him for over 10 years and can't speak highly enough of his Dentistry. I also see Alana the Hygienist there and sheep too is kind and gentle. I have the biggest phobia of dentist but both Michael and Alana put me at ease. I would highly recommend Cairns City Dental you will surely be made at ease from the receptionists especially Kelly who will look after all your bookings etc.
