I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Bernadette Rehana and the entire team at Maurice Blackburn Craigieburn, past and present, with regard to a recent claim settlement. I have been most impressed by the level of professionalism and care. I have always been treated with the utmost respect,kindness and courtesy. I was advised, encouraged through any uncertainty and kept informed at every stage of the process.

I am a takeaway business owner. In June 2021,I encountered a serious car accident. My left shoulder was comminuted and dislocated, my 11th rib was broken, and my neck and waist were also injured in the car accident. Because of the car accident, I had to sell my business, and my family suddenly lost the source of financial income. I saw confusion, helplessness, and great pressure! At my most desperate time, Maurice Blackburn gave me a hope. My lawyer Claire Hart and Georgia Keramitsis helped me contact physiotherapists and psychologists, and kept contacting and asking about my situation every month . They enthusiastically encouraged me and helped me, which gave me a lot of psychological support . In the long 17 months of rehabilitation treatment, I have had five operations, and I still have three surgeries waiting in the hospital system. In my surgical application, TAC refused to be responsible for the injuries to my neck and waist. In the face of huge medical expenses and the sequelae of the car accident, I fell into infinite confusion. During this waiting period, my law firm team actively helped me contact various medical institutions and third-party technical confirmations, and kept communicating with TAC. After more than a year of unremitting efforts, they finally persuaded TAC and helped me apply for all the applications for surgical fees. This is the best news for me and my family.  In view of my own car accident experience and the long recovery process, I would like to remind all other injuried people who have the same story as me that it is very important for an experienced and responsible team of lawyers to help you with your accident.
