Love the style here & quality furniture
The display shop and furniture are wonderful. We love our bar stools, and liked the look of the bookcase we purchased. We requested help with delivery, assembly and setup. However the after sales experience was poor and has left us with a bookcase with remaining unresolved issues, and chairs that loosened shortly afterwards.
I will never, ever buy Matt Blatt again. I bought one item online and within 24 hours had received 6 marketing emails about other items they thought I should buy. When I unsubscribed from the mailing list i didn't ask to be a part of, I received literally another 6 emails to update me on my subscription preferences. This marketing tactic is over the top. Unsubscribing also wasn't easy, and as above, led to 6 further emails. Hopefully Matt Blatt will learn about the Spam Act soon.
Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful range of products. Haven't purchased anything here yet, but think we will in the next couple of months.
Terrible company. Ordered 6 Chairs and paid in full Warehouse never delivered and when I called 8 weeks later, company changed ownership, cancelled order, no refund, no honouring order. Highly recommend shopping elsewhere
Matt Blatt has wonderful furnitures coming from all over the world. The quality is superb - highly recommended!
Great Customer service. Had a problem with a new lounge. In a heart beat, my lounge was replaced. No horror story here!
I have a beautiful Matt Blatt dining setting there can’t really be any that are more expensive but I love their selection
