I have been a Matrix customer for several years and have always been particularly impressed with the level of personal service received. Our policies are competitively priced and cover our needs. I recently had a significant claim and the process was made so much easier by Kerry who understood what was required and got it done. Couldn't be happier.

I highly recommended Nick and his team at Matrix Insurance. Nothing is too a big a challenge for them. I like Nick proactive approach in looking after our insurance when it comes to renewal in getting the best deal for our businesses. I feel that Nick is definitely working for me and not the insurer when it comes to making a claim.

Oliver & crew at Matrix have been awesome from day one. Matrix came in with a quote over 20k less than other large name insurers for the same cover. Every year, Oliver looks for the best possible deal for all of our insurance covers. Extremely impressed with the speed, efficiency & help throughout the claims process. I would only ever use Matrix for any future insurance cover. Highly recommend Matrix.

I am really happy with Matrix Insurance. They've saved us a bundle in premiums and are super helpful if I have any questions or need to make a claim. I would definitely recommend them to other people looking for business insurance and I don't plan on moving soon! Thank you Nick and Matrix Insurance for understanding my needs! :)

Origin Engineering have been dealing with Matrix Insurance Group since they have started.  We are very pleased with their service.  Nic has always been looking out for the best options for our business. We have found them to be professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy with excellent customer service.  I would highly recommend Matrix to any company.
