I already thought Matisse was an amazing place for there huge selection of wines and seasonal menu of tapa style dishes but they have become the best place in Napier for cocktails. I had a look through there cocktail book on Sunday and it was really impressive. Highly recommended.

A very extensive wine list offers the opportunity to try wines you might not taste otherwise. The food is first class, and the service also.
Tapas were innovative. Pork skewers , dumplings tasty, Brussels sprouts and broccoli out of this world. Service 5 star. Wine list and stories worth a visit. Will go again.
