Called for a taxi and the driver had virtually no idea how to find any streets in Masterton. I literally had to guide him. I understand the licensing agency have changed the rules so taxi drivers no longer need a reasonable knowledge of the town they're driving in because of GPS navigation, but he didn't even have a GPS unit. Disappointing.

Booked a taxi Christmas Eve for 12.15am for my partner and I as we live rural. It never showed up and we didn’t get a phone call to say they weren’t coming. Booked it well in advance too. 
Extremely poor service when people are only trying to get home saftley.
