Front desk staff was actively hostile. Was scolded twice within moments for using a plug and told that power was 1$ per 30 min and anything over was at a charge. Nothing was noted anywhere that this was the case. Forced to leave a collateral for the electricity. Most unwelcome I've felt in this country.

A good place to relax and get into the Mairo history. The library offers a wide catalogue of book on different genre and topics. Has ample reading spaces and gets you comfortability. They provide also a free 250MB wifi data, great enough to research and send emails. People are friendly and smiling, staff are very accommodating.
