Excellent service! I have had repairs completed as well as cleaning on a number of occasions now and every time a great job done. Staff are friendly and carefully explain any issues.

I had a problem with their dry cleaning service as I received my coat smelling very bad. I talked to the manager and was told that there was nothing she could do, blaming the solvent for the smell.  The owner reached out, gave me a full refund, and offered to fix the problem. I haven't gotten my coat back yet but I appreciate the owner's gesture of addressing their client's concern and ensuring the delivery of quality service.

I paid $160 to have my dress cleaned.  The dress was damaged in the machine. I was given a 10% discount and hardly an apology.  Not impressed.

An item was damaged while being dry cleaned by Master Valet Dry Cleaners but the owner went to lengths afterwards to track me down so he could provide the appropriate solution.
