We make an annual visit here every year as a post concert meal. Amazing food. Highly recommend any of the Saag’s. The curry, drinks and menu options are wide and varied. Great team and amazing service. It s the best in Taupo.

I haven't been in a lot of Indian restaurants lately but we really enjoyed this one. Food was amazing and full of flavor. Atmosphere is very good and service was spot on.

Absolutely the best Indian Restaurant we have been to so far! Love the decor, atmosphere, staff were so friendly and service was prompt. Our meals arrived within 10 mins of ordering and they were all delicious! Even all the kids were happy. We will definitely be back!

Master of India - A pleasant experience, food was great. Def recommend asking for flavours you like and getting a recommendation from the staff there. Would love to go back and try other dishes there, a good place to stop by if you're passing through Taupo

If you are looking for quality and tasty Indian food in Taupo then don't look further than Master of India! Brilliant service, excellent food and reasonable price. We visited Master of India twice during the weekend and we  were impressed both the times!

Our favorite place for authentic and delicious food. Been going for a few years now and it has Never disappointed. Great friendly staff who really make your feel special for dining at their  place.

Awesome restaurant for plant based options. Ate here with whole family and all meals were delicious had kids menu for fussy little people too. Offered to make vegetarian dishes vegan for those of us who are plant based. Non-vege meals were equally yummy. Service was fabulous as well.

I've eaten here a few times now while passing through Taupo and everything I've eaten has been absolutely delicious!!! Staff are so welcoming and friendly, food is amazing, sparkling clean plates, glasses and cutlery. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Absolute best Indian restaurant in NZ. We've tried many different Indian restaurants across the country over the years and nothing has beaten Master of India. Staff are super friendly and the decor is lovely. Highly recommended! Get the garlic naan and chicken madras.
