My favorite Chinese place in Hamilton. Very flexible with meeting my requests/substitutions. The food is also ALWAYS fresh and served with great customer service! Get the Chicken Pan Fried Noodle #33! It's thick udon noodles with fresh chicken and loaded w/ veggies. SO GOOD!
Saw the review in the mountain news and finally got there ordering alot of takeout for family dinner. I ordered ahead. Staff were super pleasant and offered apologies as Uber and doordash superseded my order. I didn’t mind the wait. The spot was no frills and had alot of orders coming in and it was cool to see how they managed it all. They have been in business for quite a long time so i was looking forward to the food. We got a variety from Cantonese chow mein traditional to chicken balls Canadian. All was really good quality. The Cantonese chow mein is my measure of authenticity and I have had better but if you wanna get your fill and chow down on good fried food it’s a good bet! Enjoy.
Ordered dinner from here the other night for the 1st time. I was really impressed by the quality of the food. Great portion sizes, and the food was cooked to perfection. I would definitely order from here again.
I have ordered from here numerous times and have enjoyed the food fast forward 2 yrs thought I would treat myself and was so disappointed. I ordered the special rice and the shrimp was cold meaning it was precooked and just added almost as an afterthought. My chicken balls were almost all batter the almond guy ding I ordered was horrible the chicken was so tough and the almonds weren't even just crumbles it was literally crumbs. There was a free item included cheese wonton and they were cold and like rubber. I was expecting much more and was thoroughly disappointed.

Tried them for the first time. Portions were very generous and vegetables were nice and fresh. The sauce was a little too sweet and heavy for my liking.The hot and sour soup was excellent. Nice folks, I will return.
We put in a order for New Years Day 2023 for 21 people and Hong Kong certainly did not disappoint. They had everything ready for my 5:00 pick up. Everything came hot, packaged to perfection with everything we asked for. The food was so delicious, and the quantity of food was a wow. Wow, amazing fast friendly service good prices and great food Try the orange chicken it was outstanding.
I have always ordered from here but yesterday was the LAST STRAW. As I found a strand of hair and an old fly in my food. I also ordered Cantonese chow mein, which tasted very old and dry. I do not recommend ordering from here at all. Very disgusting and unsanitary.
Ordered takeout through Google eats. Good portions and options, fast delivery. Good place for Chinese takeout!
