Special shout out to one Ethan, whose mechanical knowledge and experience with generators helped me out hugely. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue. Impressed, to say the least, I am. I needed to hire a portaloo for one week and, after speaking to several other providers, ended up contacting the North Toowoomba Master Hire branch.nnMy online enquiry was promptly addressed by Tahnee, who did an excellent job in supplying prices and availability. I made the commitment as MH was cheaper than their competitors, and Tahnee immediately created the contract to lock it in.nnI made payment the day before collection and had the pleasure of dealing with Steve. His friendly and easygoing nature was appreciated, and the flexibility offered around pick-up and return times was also a huge help.nnLast but not least, I just received an after-service call from Wendy, ensuring all went well and I was satisfied with everything. She was also lovely and a pleasure to talk to, and I happily assured her the entire process was 10/10.nnOverall, I can highly recommend Master Hire North Toowoomba, as well as the administrative parties involved that aren't directly linked to that particular branch. Electric Carpet cleaner/shampooer- item worked exactly as intended. Highly recommend these guys if you're chasing equipment to hire. Really good range of items to rent, affordable and transparent costs, highly informative, no deposit required and flexible booking process can cancel or adjust at anytime with no cost. Overall, really good experience and would definitely come back to rent other items in the future.
