Bought a golf from them, awsome car, bought a tiguan from them awsome car, at time of buying tiguan asked them if it could tow our camper trailer (1500kg aprox) they said no problem. Was towing camper and found out tiguan had maximum ball weight of 100kg. Our camper ball weight is about 150kg+. So sold tiguan, prospective purchaser spoke to Massaro Motors and was told car was an ex demo. We paid new car price and we told them wanted the new model, they asked what colour we wanted they ordered in the colour we wanted so we picked it up took it home, we intended to use it mainly for towing, so didnt use it much. When we sold it purchaser rang Massaro motors they were told car was an ex demo. Only then did we look into our cars history, we found out it was a MY15 not an MY16 we paid price of a brand new car and currant model we did not get either.
