Went for a massage and the therapist parked a baby in a stroller next to me. Of course the baby woke up several times crying which would prompt the therapist to jump up and attend to the baby. Not relaxing at all. No apology or refund for the terrible experience.
Terrible experience. DO NOT get a massage here. The man continued to do a high pressure massage that really hurt, when I repeatedly asked him to go lighter. Two days later, my body has never been so sore. Dont recommend.
Old man with blue mask who can barely speak English. If you get this guy, insist on someone else. Especially if you're female. He doesn't understand the back area or how it links with the legs, lacks strength so can't give a firm massage, insisted on hiking each pant leg right up to expose each butt cheek even though the pants I wore were made of an extremely thin material, and has a creepy habit of giggling every time he says the word "Good". My back did not feel better afterwards. An all-round dissatisfactory experience, without even taking into account the pervy old guy.
This was the absolute worst massage I have ever received. Complete waste of money. The woman had no knowledge of how to do it, she didn’t give me anything to change into so I lied there with my shirt on as she placed her hand on my back, not massaging at all. Didn’t touch my arms, neck or put any effort in. How is this place still operating? We need to get them closed down permanently
The massage was good, the staff were kind and amenities clean. But MY GOD it's freezing in there. They had a little oil heater on but it really wasn't doing much. Great in summer, truly uncomfortable in winter.
Highly recommend not going to this place. I had the worst massage. He was watching something on his phone during the massage and answered a personal call. What he did I also wouldn’t call a massage. I never write bad reviews but wouldn’t want anyone to go through what I did.
Used to be reliable. Just had to walk out of a massage as the person doing it didn't know what they were doing. They were elbowing my spine, itt just got dangerous.
I could not have asked for a better massage! My masseuse worked hard in all the tight and tough spots releasing all the pressure. I left feeling 100 times better then when I arrived. This will be my go to massage place moving forward!! Plus the staff are always so friendly and accomodating.
30 min head, neck and shoulder massage. The female who massaged me appeared to have no training or understanding of massage whatsoever. A lot of pushing and resting hands in one spot for long periods. I stopped the process after 5-10 mins as it actually felt unsafe a pointy elbow into my neck at one point. To their credit they gave me a full refund.
My masseur was friendly and polite but unfortunately it was the worst foot massage I have ever had. A few minutes into the massage, I realised she was just casually touching my foot without doing any kneading or proper reflexology. So, I specifically told her that she could go harder and use more pressure. She said yes, but continued with touching my feet casually. It felt like a total rip-off to pay someone to simply touch my feet.
