Fantastic costume hire! We found everything we needed for our 80's night in one visit. The costumes are really good quality and everything feels really well taken care of. Lots of accessories available too. Great service. Can highly recommend. Thanks Fiona!
I've hired several times from here for book week and parties, there is a massive selection of high quality costumes. The help i received for myself and my kids was really fantastic, we also got a cool Harry Potter green screen photo in our costumes posed in front of this great background. Thanks Mask Q Rades!!
Went to look at costumes with my friends. The woman running it made several snide comments about my friends who have assistance dogs. I quote: - I can’t have the dogs in the passageways - my shop is starting to smell like dogs - stand in the stairway with the dogs We were ready to spend up in his store but after the frankly appalling treatment my friends were given we left without spending anything. The woman who runs this store seems to have a deep resentment of the disabled. I would not recommend or tell anyone to shop here after such terrible treatment from such a rude woman.
The BEST! I can’t recommend this place enough! They have a HUGE range of quality costumes and the staff are fantastic! The ladies are so helpful, full of ideas and so much fun! I can’t wait to try the Green Screen on my next visit.
I’ve gone here with my kids and they had a ball playing with all the costumes and the green screen and more recently been in for dance shoes for little Lucy and the people who run it are so welcoming and great with kids and know their way around dance attire! Thank you so much and we’ll see you again near the next theatre/dance do up!
$50 to hire a vest and a hat is excessive given that I was informed full costume hire is $60. Have been there in previous years to get exact same costume and has been cheaper. Was told that it was because I wanted to pick up a costume on Tuesday, to have for Saturday and they may have been able to “future hire” it in the days between Tuesday was the only day I was able to get there before Saturday. There were 4 other identical vests in store that could have been used for any “future hiring”. Will be going elsewhere in future.
I've had to hire several times from Mask Q rades. Brilliant service, and a most excellent range of different costumes to pick from, all put together in an affordable package by some talented staff that know where everything is! Great service and a great and up to date range of outfits. I'll certainly be back!
Oh my! I had so much fun in here, so many costumes, outfits....I could be whoever I wanted to be for a day, wigs, masks, boots, any accessories, ones you haven't even considered...and it smells lovely and clean..when is my next fancy dress? Great to see such a happy place of business with wonderful customer service - congratulations Fiona!
Excellent service. So helpful! They were so creative and helped me choose accessories to go with my costume. I was impressed with the wide range of costumes available!
