Good dentist doesn't but can never stick to an appointment time. The last 3 times I have booked the appointment has either been cancelled or they offered to move it until the last appointment of the day.

I was extremely stressed as I thought I may need root canal treatment in my front tooth. As an international student this is way beyond my budget. I went in without an appointment and the dentist was happy to see me. He was a lovely man. He calmed me right down and listened to the issues I was having with my teeth and also the worry of how I would afford this. He explained everything to me very carefully. He had a look at my teeth and done a couple of little tests. Thankfully root canal treatment was not required. I just needed a small filling in another tooth. The man was so lovely and made me feel so much better. Unlike other dentists I've visited in Australia, he isn't trying to rob you. The prices I was quoted were very reasonable and affordable. I am happy to go back here and would recommend this centre to others.

What an amazing experience with the wisdom teeth extraction. 20 mins and all done without any pain.

I have been extremely happy with their service. Good value, fair prices. Great facilities, clean and tidy. Staff are all really nice and friendly. i can always get an appointment on the day i want it and I never have to wait long at reception. I highly recommend.

I just finished the treatment from the dental center and it was the most horrifying service I had ever experienced (and I had been to many dentists in my life). My appointment was 3:15pm and was confirmed via SMS yesterday.The dentist showed up from outside around 3:30pm, then he went to change to his uniform, then he called the other patient first. About 10 minutes later, the dentist asked me to go to another room. He didn't say much (that's fine). He said I needed anathetic injections. It was absolutely painful. I indicated him to stop, but he just pushed the needle further. One injection finished, without a second of waiting, he pushed another long needle in. I was horrified and almost yelled and grabbed his hand. He said " Don't move!". Then he went back to the other patient. Half an hour later, I had to go to the receptionist to check how long I had to wait. Finally the dentist pull my tooth out . He put a cloth in my mouth and asked me to bite tight. I was wondering why he put the cloth on the other side of my mouth (not the extracted tooth side). He said "That's it." I was about to ask. He said " You can grab the instructions from the receptionist." When I asked the receptionist " Why did he put the cloth in the wrong side of my mouth?" She ran in and came out with some new cloth and said "It must be misunderstanding. The dentist wants you to use your tongue to roll the cloth to the right side." OMG. What an explanation! Never go there again!
