Took an hour to have over $60 worth of food delivered less than 10mins down the road. Would have been quicker to pick up ourselves but ordered delivery for supposed convenience. If this were a one off it would be reasonable but it's a pretty frequent occurrence.
We ordered take away. The mixed tasting for the entire was so dried out as was the tandoori chicken . The lamb Korma was tough and almost uneatable. The butter chicken wasn't too bad actually. I think this food was disappointing one good thing is the rice is completely. The food was on par with some sort of bain maree stuff you might find at the end of the day in a food court. Would not care to repeat the experience at dining experience at this place.
Ordered over Uber eats. Had garlic naan, butter chicken, and a curry. The sauces were watery, and the naan was tasteless. Honestly, I didn't even finish the meal. I hope the food is better when eating in, but I doubt it.Food: 1/5
Terrible Goan fish curry. It was like a mix between butter chicken and korma sauce with a few fish pieces. I have eaten a lot of Goan fish curry and this is by far the worst and nothing like anything I have eaten before.
Always my go to Indian takeaway place. Food is always delicious and hot. We usually order the butter chicken, beef vindaloo, cheese and garlic naan, seek kebabs and papadums. The only thing I would complain about is the last 2 times we have ordered we paid for the papadums but never got them. But other than that they are great. Highly recommend!!
Ordered butter chicken, lamb Korma, naan bread lastnight for dinner, my hubby had 2 mouthfuls and vomited all straight back up. The chicken wasn't cooked properly & the lamb didn't smell or taste right. We are definetly not going to this Indian restaurant again. Worse experience ever.
We always order the butter chicken and cheesy garlic naan, and always tasty and stays hot. We always pick up and eat at home. Order 2 serves and does us 4 meals, so worth the money for us.
Probably the worst example of quality from masala restaurants. Never had a bad meal that was bad in opposite ways. Completely undercooked butter chicken with watery sauce and tough chicken, it was absolutely disgusting and nearly inedible. Over cooked dry naan bread , uncut and burnt. Won’t be eating here again if I could give no stars I would! On the plus side the service was great.
Just echoing the points of the other reviews here. Food is fine, just the wait times. It appears they only have one driver? Who has to make all of the trips? It's not efficient and there's rarely a chance you'll get your food in less than two hours. Theyre not as bad for pickup in my experience, but still expect to wait an extra 15-20mins after your estimated time in the restaurant.
Really disappointed the lamb Korma was extremely watery with barely any flavour. The lamb itself was tender. I have never had a problem with Masala before especially in Kirwan but I chose to go to the Deeragun shop this time. I won't be going back.
