The owners Tina & Chris are so friendly & welcoming (not to mention built like tanks - talk about inspiration!). There is an abundance of equipment for individual workouts and plenty of space, classes and even a women's only section. My parents have been members for months & love it. This is definitely the only gym I'll ever need to go to when visiting Maryborough. Highly recommend!
