I had a small seizure in the pharmacy. I get them frequently. Staff were very very attentive, made me sit down until my partial had passed, and though I broke over $100 worth of stock I didn’t have to pay a thing. Absolutely amazing staff!!! I am a single mother of two who shared custody, I do not earn much so your gift is truly amazing. Love you all!!!
This pharmacy is a credit to Marton. Gleeson, Christine & team are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. If they don't know about something they will go away & check and there have been times that they have even rung their supplier for me. Well done team :-
Lacks competence when it comes to delivering adequate medication on time to those that need it. The level of service is horrendous “sorry we forgot your meds” simply isn’t good enough. The amount of times my mothers insulin or pain patches have been “left out” or “forgotten”… I would need more than two hands to count that. It’s becoming a joke. Some medications are life altering and you can’t just slip up on that. It’s not your life you’re messing with. It’s everyone’s else’s. I hope you sort it out sooner than later.
I love our pharmacy. It maybe the only one in town but that does not make them complacent.nCustomer care is top notch. You are treated like your the only one in the store no matter how busy they get.nAside from the great service they have a wide variety of products including lovely gifts for the young and old.nYou can print photos in storenHave your ears piercednAnd they even have a resident JP on site every Friday.
