Terrible support from the management, if the doctor prescription did not resolve your symptom within any time frame and you request to see or speak to the same doctor, the management required you to book a new appointment or tele doctor for a new patient fees. This is the response from the practice manager.nI’ll never go there again.

I have been a patient with Marshall Lane Medical Centre for over five years, and would like to thank the team of GPs for going above and beyond to ensure patient care is the number one priority. They allow bulkbilling where available, and there has been so much compassion shown by the team to chronic conditions. I am absolutely grateful to have had Dr. Vaishali Mehta and being in her care has been fantastic. She has a great background on gastrointestinal issues, and has successfully referred and diagnosed me and referred to additional tests. I have been able to successfully manage my health condition thanks to this diagnosis, on top of other health conditions. The reception has been stellar and other GPs has been fantastic as well, shout out to Dr Sukumar, Dr. Piyush and Dr. Fariba as well. The dedication to have a great team of doctors is a lifesaver for so many. Thank you for being a stellar healthcare facility and thank you so much to Marshall Lane team!

I will never forget when I had a contraceptive device inserted at a clinic in newfarm beg of 2021.Upon wanting it removed I went back to the newfarm clinic who said they couldn't find the device .x-ray confirmed it had moved to my kidneys ..new farm clinic did nothingnthey didn't care .I went to see the male Indian doctor here and told him what happened and how distressed I was .His referral for me into the emergency ward and operated on within a month.nI'm so grateful for the professionalism,understanding and the empathy he showed me.nI will never forget .nI highly recommend this clinic

Although the doctor and the receptionists were good, I had to wait in cold outside for 40 minutes when I was already sick. You shouldn't over book.

Always able to see a doctor who takes time to discuss your problem. Friendly staff,great service. Thanks MLMC.
