Tastes great! Medium size is enough for 2 people. Good value. We had the Meat Lover and it was very good. Except the toppings were a little overcooked. But we enjoyed it nevertheless! Pizza was ready on time, we parked outside and picked it up with no hassle. Will definitely come again. Parking: 1/4P parking right outside restaurant.
Taking an evening walk enjoying the cooler air. I was suddenly hungry. As to eating pizza i'm very loyal to my local store in Eastwood, however I had to double back on my walk and decided to keep walking forward. Luckily for me Mars Pizza was open and on my route home. The storefront ambience was perfect. a tight fitting customer space where the warm aromas of pizza and garlic bread simply sends you to nirvana the place not the band. Awesome pizza oven and the friendly no nonsense pizza proprietors make this pizza experience doubly awesome. Menu on the wall. Clearly described and notated pizza varieties and on this occasion I chose the Four Seasons I'll be back. No fuss and talk about crusts and extras and blah blah blah. They're are selling pizzas, and Mars Pizza sells fresh, tasty and deliciously desirable pizza. My order was presented in less than 15 minutes. Steaming aromatic pizza. I opened the box as I stepped out into the dark street and boy that initial fresh pizza heat was just awesome. This is my new joint for pizza. Well cut into actual pizza triangles that peel away from the full circle with dragging and disruption of the pizza whole. I've never understood how pizza can be served without a direct pizza portion cuts. Mars Pizza has the taste, the freshness, the real deal and my $22 four seasons pizza was so delicious I returned the following night. Worth the drive if you live outside delivery area. Nothing better than my dollar value meeting good food served with care and attention required to create a great pizza. Keep it up.
2.3 - I tried this place on my search for a sudden pang of Boscaiola and because of its high Google rating. Wanted to love it but couldn't. The staff seemed really lovely but and the prices are reasonable, but the taste of the Boscaiola wasn't something I would come back for. I found the pasta very soggy, and I wonder if that's because it was heated by them in the plastic box I was informed they do not cook this on-site, they only heat it up. It was creamy but the little tub of Parmesan didn't help give it more flavour. The garlic bread was also very soft and mushy and undercooked, in the foil, but confusingly, had heaps of burnt bits included - which would be from somewhere else and I had to make sure it didn't get on the butter. I didn't finish either the pasta or the garlic bread. Maybe it's different if you go to the actual restaurant to eat it - I don't live far though, a few minutes away. Disappointing but staff seemed homey and sweet!
Waste of money. Food was definitely not fresh. Parmesan cheese that was given was off as it had a smell and you can tell it was old. The pasta was soft and very oily. Looked and tasted as if it was just reheated. Very oily as well for a Boscaiola. And the pizza was wayyyy to oily. Very bland too. Just too much oil. Did not enjoy this at all. Will definitely not be returning here.
Delicious thin crust pizzas with abundance of toppings. We got the margherita and the pepperoni. Great local pizza find, will def come back to try the gourmet pizzas, especially the tandoori chicken oneRecommended dishesMargherita, Americana
What a hidden gem in Marsfield! It’s a small and bouquet pizza shop with amazingly delicious pizza, the customer service is so nice and kind. Highly recommend!
As a local in the area and a new customer to Mars Pizza as of yesterday my only regret was that I did not try them out sooner! I had their classic Mars pizza and it did not disappoint - a beautiful combination of fresh and well picked ingredients. I will be coming back for more, thank you to the team at Mars Pizza for a wonderful meal.
Charged me a dollar more than what their flyer states. Free garlic bread is only if you order pizza not anything else. This is stated nowhere !. Food was standard and nothing more than that. Honestly you are better off going to one of the main pizza chains next door. Sorry guys, never again.Food: 2/5
We decided to go with Mars Pizza instead of doing Domino's or Pizza Hut, and we saw these same reviews that you're probably reading now. Anyway, I'll cut to the chase, here: the pizzas are delicious. The ambience left a lot to be desired, but the place was clean, the staff were friendly, and we were just looking for a great local pizza place to try and Mars Pizza seems to fit the brief. We'll definitely keep coming back if the pizzas remain this good, for sure.
Excellent pizzas! Great quality and flavours. Also, thank you for the bonus garlic bread - that surprise topped off dinner very nicely!
