I have dealt with the team at Marques Flooring on numerous occasions, both personally and for commercial purposes. The service I am offered is always second to none.

Their new showroom is great and Josh the owner, really knows his product.

If you want to deal with a professionally run company, who SPECIALIZE in  timber floor (not all types of flooring), visit the guys at Marques Flooring.

As part of a complete renovation of my apartment last year, I contacted Marques Flooring after a recommendation from a friend. From my first meeting with the sales staff, I was made to feel welcome. The showroom is exceptional and whilst it is always so difficult to make a final choice, my questions and "viewings" were professionally and capably dealt with. My final choice was the French Oak Prestige Grade Tongue and Groove Flooring. The result has been nothing short of sensational.
The whole process from ordering to laying and finishing has been outstanding. I can't thank the team at Marques Flooring enough for helping create a whole new and exquisite ambience in my home!

Very disappointed with the service we received.  After paying over $7,000 for our flooring, we found that the warranty we were told the product had was incorrect and  that the product sold to us was not what we were originally told it was.  
On the day of delivery not all the flooring arrived and it wasn't until after phone calls from both the delivery driver and myself that the missing product was promised to be delivered that afternoon.  Three days later, we were still waiting and I had to go to Marques Flooring personally, where I was told by Scott, the Manager, that they had forgotten about us.  Nice to hear, after you've just paid $7,000 for your floor.
I would never recommend or deal with this company again.  If you do, be aware that not everything you may told is true, so be alert.

PLEASE BE AWARE:
In response the owner's comments below, please be aware that these are untrue.  We never had anything to do with any carpet store or supplier and were certainly not misled as to the nature of the flooring we purchased form Marques Flooring by any such store.

In relation to the offer of free delivery - after waiting over three days for the missing flooring, I had to drive to Marques Flooring and pick it up personally.  It was then I was told by the Manager, Scott, that they had forgotten all about us.

Please be aware and get everything in writing when dealing with Marques.

I can't speak highly enough of Josh and his team. From the extensive choice, expert advice and opinion from Josh, first rate customer service whereby all questions and queries were answered promptly to the preparation , fitting and  quality of my flooring. I am so happy with all aspects of the service I received. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Marques Flooring.
