Lady was very rude. She hung up multiple times. All I was trying to do was grab a ride but obviously she has some personal issues and sleeps on her face.

Arrived 30 min late for our booking making us late for our dinner reservation. Driver just said they were busy, so guess they thought they would squeeze another job in first. Also, recommend you pay cash as they add a $2 flat fee even if you use eftpos instead of credit card.  The sooner these guys get some competition around Blenheim the better.

Waitted hour 30 no pick up was sad as g miss out an cones and a rootService:&nbsp;Limousines

Would not recommend. Waited over 30 minutes when the call operator said the taxi will be 10 minutes away. We need uber in Blenheim.

Bring Uber to Blenheim these people have some kind of taxi monopoly entitlement attitude.The taxi apparently arrived and waited in the drive way but didn’t think to toot, ring the bell, call through the open door or ring our mobile. When I called  to ask where the cab was the woman on the phone was totally rude and wanting to have an argument. I have reason to believe she never actually re sent the cab, but by that time we were so late for our flight we couldn’t wait and got rescued by the neighbors.
