Terrific inner city markets. Busy, vibrant, and lots of fun. Lots of stalls with plenty to choose from. Highly recommend the cookies and the bagels. Not sure what street parking is like but parking is available in the Broadway shopping centre which is a few minutes walk about a block away.
There isn't much to do in Sydney, but there are many interesting markets on weekends. The Glebe Market is one of the largest markets with plenty to see and eat, as well as various items for sale, including second-hand goods. However, traffic congestion can be hellish...
Great market with lots of stalls and there are some food stalls option when you feel hungry while browsing too! Only downside is it gets too busy so I personally wouldn’t come regularly. But I think it’s a great market to go to with friends to stroll around on weekend. There are also lots of 2nd hand clothing with good condition to be checked out :
Glebe market has been the best market so far! Closed for the city, there’s many tents of clothes, jewellers, plants, etc.. Also, amazing foods and live music sometimes. The atmosphere is so great.
It was a lovely experience visit this local saturday market again.nStill crowd but everyone seems enjoy the atmosphere.nMany food stall around.nOthers, more to second hand materials etc.nnMany benches to relax and enjoy the meals, or just sit down on the grass.nWill visit again one day.
