Have purchased flowers from here multiple times. This time I got charged an extra $5 for bundling 2 bunches together/ the wrapping. I was not told about a $5 added on cost until the end. The lady also said that she is supposed to tell customer's before hand but she forgot. If I was told before hand I would of been okay with the extra cost or said No thank you to the wrap. If she forgot she shouldn't of added it on at the end
Yesterday I had a one task and one task only, to find a carving pumpkin for Halloween. Easy right? Well I searched far and wide, across Burwood and Forest Hill, Ashburton and Wantirna, all amounting to nothing. At the brink of defeat, I can across MarketPlace Florist. It was here I found the pumpkin, on their Halloween display. Out of desperation, my partner asked if they could part with their pumpkin and with a smile and a swift word to her coworker, the florist had the pumpkin in our possession. Incredibly helpful staff who went beyond their requirement and provided us with an item which they did not stock usually. Thank you MarketPlace Florist.
Terrible flowers, not fresh at all and bundled with alot of cheap filling. The roses in them lasted 3 days. Don't ever buy from there!!!!
One star is the lowest I can give. They should NOT have the word florist in their name as they are not florist, they just sell flowers. They told me they can't do anything like putting flowers together etc as they are not florist. They we rude and their stock of ready made bunches of flowers were atrocious. All they seemed to care about was getting ready to cash in on valentines day. Give them a very wide berth. Your better to go to a supermarket than here.
Flowers look great..staff rude..they totally ignored me whilst they stopl there chatting in their language.I felt intimidated as they looked at my direction chatted and laughed. I waited some more as unfortunately its the only florist in the center. So I left and spent my $ elsewhere.its sad. I returned today 19.6 as I was urgently needing flowers I asked for two bunches to be put together to total $45.00i was told they don't mix bunches close to closing time it was 4.15 store closes at 5.30 .. I guess she was very busy on her mobile pH. Never to return
