I do not recommend these guys. They recently turned up to view the job in my roof with no ladder and no torch.... Then they charged me $150 for the 5 minutes they where there just to tell me i may have a possum in the roof but could not identify where it come in from or how to stop it. Offered me a $50 cage for $450 and then offered to come back in a few days time and take it back again to release the possum. The van was unmarked and looked like he had cleaning equipment in the back. The invoice he provided was from a cleaning business.....
Warning. This business is a complete scam. I had a service done. I was overcharge, no report was provided. I couldn’t pay with credit card as advertised I had to do electronic transfer. They don’t return phone calls, they don’t return emails, they won’t connect you with the business owner or provide any details. This has been going on since November. I still have the pest problem.
Only reason i rate above a 1 is I DID see a couple of dead mice after the treatment. Literally 2. However, i paid $1000 to have 1 rodent treatment and 1 possum treatment done. 2 months later, i still have scratching and thumping in my walls and roof, and a possum trap that was sprung and the bait taken from inside but somehow not secure enough to contain whatever was inside. When followed up on the ongoing issues, was told they were intending to re-charge me to just do the same ineffective job for the same treatments that didnt work the first time a 2nd time over. I said flat out no way, and now am waiting to hear from the "quality concerns" team. Don't waste your time like I have - find someone that actually wants to help you. I've told this mob to come get their trap from my roof so I can get someone out to ACTUALLY solve my problem.
Hired this company to remove bee nest. One of the operator came in sprayed something and took away $230. Agreed was to remove bee hive which they didn't do it. Its a dodgy company. Don't take their services. Absolute ZERO.
Scam. Do not use. They are taking advantage of old people in Melbourne who do not read reviews.
Completely unprofessional and didn't remove the cockroaches, then unresponsive and rude when we requested them to return. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
