reliable, friendly, high quality repair,  very approachable , Mark is so good explaining technical aspects very clearly, very helpful in time of needs,  very prompt in time,  they explain ahead if any extra work and i highly appreciate that to keep the car up-to-date, also i found they are expert in luxury cars and i have no hesitation to recommend to anyone with confidence, thanks

My mum went there and he attempted to add on two extra 'fixes' which were not required after going to another mechanic. She had to go back within one week after the issue she went with wasn't fixed.. The owner shouted at my 65 year old mother in front of staff and other customers because he said she was rude to his colleague on the phone. It left her shaking. Absolute joke.

Really great service, kept me up-to-date with repairs on my car. Reasonably priced and made it clear what I was paying for. Free loan car, highly recommended!
