Don;t wast your time and money ! when it goes wrong they will mess you around. then that person gets the sack . you then have to go though all that again after 4 times I gave up and got a professional to fix the problems at my cost . I now know how badly I was ripped off . Steer well clear of this Solar Company , It cost me big time !

Sales and installation were fine, but issues with my transfer to my new energy provider which they were suppose to organise never got sorted out, had to deal with it myself and ended up costing me more. Found client service team not very helpful and generally don't return your call. Wouldn't recommend them.

No one is ever there when I ring. It has taken 4 months to get my inverter looked at. Service is woeful.

Very poor service. Would even go as far as saying they tried to oversell and overprice my commerical project. Must be desperate to win business with the lies they told. Avoid at all costs.

I've been trying for three business days to get a call back. Appalling customer service!
