The guys couldn't have been more helpful- first to decide the right sort of soil for our project then suggesting smaller split deliveries to avoid being left with more than we needed.  They were able to identify that a sample of a delivery from another company was the wrong type and encouraged us to follow it up so we were able to get a part refund.
