just done my boat licence here today, I found the staff very friendly and helpfull, what I thought was going to be a chore turned into a very enjoyable and informative sunday, thanks guys, shane

Did my boat and JetSki licence there a couple of weeks ago with my friend. had a great time, class had a great atmosphere, on water training was amazing learnt so much and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Wouldn’t recommend them any more strongly

Extremely rude and hostile. Not customer friendly at all. He yelled at me on the phone for a simple question.
Answer to owners response: I called before 5pm and I wasn't sure if it was open or not since other shops on boxing day were open too. You should have a seperate workphone if you want avoid people ringing on public holidays. I just asked if I can do the boat license before New Years Eve and the owner started to raise his voice at me and tell me off that I call on Boxing Day. A simple 'we are closed today' would have been the appropriate answer!
