The food here is more 'upmarket' here than the fish shops across the road, if you would like something more classy. The food here is nice and the outdoor seating area is cozy. Food was served quickly and definitely better than average!

Good food. Service was relaxed but attentive.  Has a really nice meal.

Amazing service, had an Irish lady that was fast and very helpful, also looks like she really enjoys her job.

I love the way they have used photos years ago in the early 19th Century even on the cover of their menu. Food beautifully presented and lovely and fresh tasting really great! More intimate elegant feel of surroundings. Service really excellent. The Esplanade Building beautifully restored.

Nice bar with plenty of options, comfortable seating and friendly staff

This was the worst meal l have eaten out for years. The garlic bread was stale flat bread stuck on a plate of mushed garlic covered in oil..the steak sandwich had meat beaten to about 2mm thick plonked on with lettuce and not much else. Even the chips were left. Won't be back and won't recommend.yuk.

The steak sandwich is really tasty. Highly recommend.

Always friendly and the food is different and tasty.
