Marina Cafe and Bar

Friendly and quick service. Minimal wait for food. Food was delicious. Highly recommended cafe. Tops.

Seven of us went for lunch after a bike ride. Male manager? was quite rude a number of times & directed the first arrivals to a back table out of the way instead of overlooking the marina where they wanted to sit. The cafe was not busy. The waitress however was helpful & personable improved star rate as would have been a 0 otherwise. As a result we decided to eat quickly instead of the leisurely more substantial lunch we had planned. Food was ok but his attitude spoiled it & we would not return.

We have just enjoyed an amazing evening meal in the marina at Opua. It was a pleasant surprise to be offered top quality Thai food by a very engaged owner who couldn’t have been more friendly and accomodating. Well done to the staff and hopefully 2023 will reward your tenacity and hard work this year. Give this cafe a try and you won’t be disappointed Parking: Easy

This is a great cafe looking over the boats at the Opua Marina. Food is always good and a great stop after using the cycle track close by. Friendly staff and a great chef!

Great service have had lunch here several times. Pulled pork open sandwich. Great slaw and dressing.

We had an enjoyable lunch. The chowder was pretty good. Would definitely go back. The service was great.

Best breakfast, awesome staff, great location. Parking can be difficult as they are in the marina next to Burnsco so when it's busy less parking available. Definitely have their rosti - it's why we go there every week.

Great coffee with selection of milks. A slight issue with staff was quickly addressed by the manager who was simply amazing. We will return
