Went for an impromptu massage today with my friend so we did not make a reservation beforehand. However, they kindly fit us both in one after another for a 30 minute massage each. From the very beginning service was excellent, we were offered hot tea/water and I expressed I would like to take a nap before my massage and the receptionist kindly took me to my room. The massage bed was heated which was amazing!! I don’t know how many times I’ve had a massage where I was shivering underneath the thin sheet. My massage therapist today was Bim and she asked what kind of pressure I preferred. I love a firm massage light ones stress me out and she was spot on from the get go. Bim was clearly very experienced and skilled as she got all the pressure points and my sore spots correctly without me having to tell her. I wish I came here earlier at the beginning of my Melbourne trip, however I am glad to have discovered them and I will definitely be back again!
Very relaxing massage by Eye. Good pressure. One of the best in this area! Receptionist was very kind and friendly too. Will definitely return again.
Great Customer Service but the therapist seems quite fresh. Overall, it's ok. They only can use private insurance on Weds. Not too convenience.

Great professional store with private rooms. You can buy a voucher in advance for cheaper rates. I recommend asking for a masseuse recommendation from the receptionist if you are new as styles can differ. For firm relaxation massage, we have found Vanessa remedial and Poppy very good.

Great place & service. Took me a couple of visits to find the right masseuse that suits me and luckily they have a good range of staff on hand. Its clean, warm, and very comfortable a great local and I visit once a fortnight!
Great place, quiet and clean. Note that if you have extras cover and want to claim a rebate from your insurer you should ask for their accredited therapist who only works on certain days. They charge extra 90$/1hr for a remedial massage from an accredited provider therapist and this is not disclosed or advertised. The only rate advertised for a 1 hour remedial massage is $70 on the website and in store!
My experience here was wonderful. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the overall vibe is great. My therapist was kind and courteous and the massage excellent. Highly recommend a visit if in the area!
