No refunds policy, will never shop here again. I bought shoes that overlap toes when walking in them, and only realised it at home. Store offered exchange, but they don’t have anything else that suits me. Bad purchase is the last thing I need as a refugee from Ukraine that left all belongings in war torn country, have limited money and no rights to work. Very disappointed to learn about this policy. All other reputable shoe stores in AU offer refunds, and I was under the impression that Australia has the same customer protection as Ukraine and Europe, which allow refunds within 14 days. Otherwise I wouldn’t have bought these shoes.
I popped into the Subiaco store to have a browse this morning. After having toe surgery, I was looking for some appropriate, comfortable sandals. The lady who served me was so kind, helpful and patient and went of her way to try and find me something. If only customer service was this fabulous everywhere. Even though I was not successful if finding anything this time, I certainly shall return as soon as I am able to.
It's so nice to walk into a store and feel like the sales person is happy to see you. Great service is such a refreshing change from the usual retail zombies. A fabulous range of shoes from classic staples to unique heels, colourful sandals and quirky boots all at great prices. Three pairs later we left having had fun and and talking about returning.
Amazing customer service!!! I just ordered my shoes yesterday morning 25/11/2020 and I already received it today 26/11/2020! I was so surprised how fast they processed and shipped my order! They also had a very great deals on shoes so I didn't hesitate to buy it right away. They also have various payment options. They also put the invoice in a black envelope that looks very professional. I will definitely buy again from their website and will refer them to my family and friends! Thanks again for your great and fast service! All the best!
Shout out to the light copper haired young lady at the Watertown store yesterday. Professional and friendly and was more than happy to put up with my fussiness and indecisiveness. Customer service is most important, and she excelled. 5/5 stars
