Very friendly and caring staff. Excellent vet, he picked up our dog had a heart condition. Yesterday they helped us through our most difficult day saying goodbye to our beloved fur baby. Have so much admiration for their professionalism and customer service to both animals and their owners. Highly recommend this vet and clinic.
Hi Maribyrnong Vet Clinic. I would like to say a huge thank you to the team there who assisted a month back when I had to make an emergency vet visit to put down my elderly cat Sasha. From the person who took my initial call to the lovely gentleman who escorted us into the room who was understanding and patient right down to the lovely and kind Vet who put our cat down. She walked us through each step and explained what was happening and was so kind and respectful of Sasha. Everyone was just so very kind and sensitive to the fact that I was quite distressed. I just wanted to pass the feedback onto the team there to let you guys know what a fantastic job everyone did on that day given the circumstances. Even when I paid and collected the ashes a week or two later the lovely girl behind the counter who processed my payment was kind and very understanding. A week or two later I was met with a beautiful card at home and some seeds to plant which was just really touching. Thanks again to the team at Maribyrnong Vet Clinic for your patients and understanding during a very difficult time. You guys really have it all worked out perfectly there. Thanks again
I brought my dog here on a day when our usual vet was closed and we will be making the change permanent. The vet was very confident and calm handling my enormous German Shepherd, and he has never been so happy during a vet visit. The clinic also followed up on how he was doing a few days later, which I’ve never had a clinic do before. Wonderful service.
I wouldn't take any animal to this place. Worst place I ever seen. My dog was found and been taken there, he was scanned by Vet, found my phone number and where he belongs to but vet had no decency to call me, instead called lost dogs and had him taken there. They put me and my dog thru unnecessary stress,. This wouldn't of happened if the only call they did was the number on the chip. Bad, bad, bad service. They were trying to blame me for having the dog on the street. Someone tried to rob my place and forced the roller door open, that's how he got out.
Great vet clinic. Not our local, but twice now they've been open and available when our usual vet isn't. Friendly vets, reasonably priced, and they've been very knowledgeable both times. Highly recommend
PHENOMENAL service from the Maribyrnong team!! The lady at the reception area was so understanding regarding our German Shepherd’s reactivity, and brought the best man to handle a dog like him!! I would honestly recommend Dr. Adrian - informative, understanding, straight-forward, knowledgeable and very experienced in his medical field. Made us feel comfortable calming our dog down and he managed to administer the vaccine compared to other vets. Lastly, he answered our questions & gave us tips to better ourselves and our dog’s behaviour - highly recommend him and the team!
Been taking my dog here for dentals for a couple of years and recently had some bloodwork done as well. The staff are always lovely and thorough and clearly care a lot about the work they do!
Amazing staff and fantastic service though my cat disagrees on both accounts- turns out he's not fond of diets!
Was forced to wait outside in the carpark for over half an hour in the cold wind with my dog as they did not have a vet ready for my appointment that was booked a week in advance, customer service was very poor. Will not be returning.
A great experience. My dog Pluto loves to come to the vet and see Dogtor Lauren!
