Had the loveliest experience at the salon, the nail tech was amazing. She was very patient and helped me choose a colour, did my nails perfectly and also enjoyed a lovely shad with her. I would 100% recommend!Services: Pedicure
When I came in, I saw the previous client leaving the table, and all the tools were in a mess on the table. The lady did my manicure with the SAME tools, without even disinfecting them. She had no gloves on, she did not use any sanitizer before the manicure, and I had to ask her to disinfect my hands myself!! She did not sanitise her tools during the manicure, and she was not careful - my fingers were bleeding after she cut the cuticle. The next day I had little wounds all over my fingers, as she cut them with scissors. The salon is really messy and you can see that it has not been cleaned for a long time, I do not recommend!!Service: Manicure
First thing to note, salon is dirty and worn out, there is dust and dirt under all the glass of the tables and as soon as I sat down I felt disgusted and wanted to leave. To top it off this place is run by a narcissist haughty woman Mariyah who spends most of her time checking herself out in the mirror or criticising the work of her colleagues. From the moment I walked in after a full stare down of me from top to bottom to the moment I left she was cold, aggressive and unprofessional... I felt myself very uncomfortable and unwelcome which is unfortunate considering I pass by this salon regularly and the girl who did my nails was impressively professional and good.
I walked in during a busy time and they so nicely squeezed me in and perfectly fixed my nails that needed a makeover
Horrible experience. Spoiled my eyebrow shape. Removed more hair from one eyebrow leaving it visibly thinner than the other. Very disappointing.
