Maria is a born and bred local and one of the coasts leading gel nail specialist with over 28 years industry experience.

Story

After 10 years working from my home based salon, I felt challenged to take up residence back in a salon.
The nail industry is going ahead in leaps and bounds and being in the heart of a busy salon will support my desire to continue to grow as a nail artist.
My new studio is located in Sorrento Village hair salon, Behind The Fridge.
Walk-in are welcome but phoning first is more advisable.
Hours listed are just a guideline.
As a self-employed nail tech I can be more flexible than most techs.
As I prefer to not do late nights I make up for this by doing 7AM appts. Saturday's available by prior appointment.

I wish I could publish the photos of the nails that Maria did for me so you would understand why you shouldn't go.  Maria made me horrible nails, I asked her to do some lines on my nails and she told me that if she could do them her way I showed her a picture of how I wanted them I told her yes, but I didn't know that her way meant doing them like a 3 year old girl. And she also left me some nail polish from the color I had before.  The problem is that when I complained she told me that she had never had a complaint and that it was not her fault. So just because no one has ever complained means you can't make a mistake? Very unprofessional.  After two days I had to go somewhere else to get my nails done. I paid the same price and they did beautiful nails not like the ones she did. All my friends told me they were horrible, even my boyfriend who doesn't understand nails....  I hope Maria can understand that we can all make mistakes and that's ok.Service:&nbsp;Gel manicures

Maria is amazing. Not only does she look after your nails but she cares about her clients. A friendly clean place. The time spent with Maria is relaxing and she is very professional and knowledgeable. Maria has always  made my nails look amazing and natural.
