I’ve never seen a chocolate factory shop before so this is a really fun and nice experience! There’s sooo many chocolates and cocoa products from cooking oil to body lotion. The shop smells like chocolate too which is really nice and there’s a lot of options so you’ll have a hard time choosing what to buy like me also there’s free samples too! Which is very nice
Free tasting and free entry what more one can ask for. Get very busy all the time, the grass area could do with some playground equipment for the kids. Loved the ice cream and coffee. More importantly it is dog friendly

We have been to the Margaret River Chocolate shop multiple times, we have always enjoyed our visits. Unfortunately I can't say the same for my visit on the afternoon of 24th Dec 2022 . There was a gentleman giving our chocolate samples to people around us but he went passed my sister and I without acknowledging us nor given us any eye contact. We are of asian appearance and his action did make me wonder if the different customer service or lack thereof was attributed to my asian appearance. We took this up with the ladies behind the counter and were told that those were chocolates included with the tour packages they paid for. Fair enough. I can accept that. However, I wish the personel could acknowledge their customers standing in front of them with a nod or smile instead of starring past us. Maybe the person is busy but it channels anything but hospitality. It was an unpleasant experience and we left without buying anything.
After buying >$40 worth of chocolate, to be refused a festive paper bag, of which there were dozens, and offered a brown paper bag was extremely disappointing. Great customer relations people.

Stopped by to get some chocolates as gifts. Plenty of options including chocolate frogs.It is fairly large with the chocolates in the front section and the Providore section in the back with speciality foods like oils, relishes and dips. Lots of chocolates to pick from in the chocolate counter.
The place is lovely and they sell all kinds of chocolate even SOAPS Body Cream Massage Oil.And Quality chocolates,Ice Cream,Food area ,and also Nougats and more
Mon arvo service from young man in chocolates counter was a pleasant change, from many places these days well done.
Perth branch is convenient but service is not good and a bit rude - doesn't seem interested in serving customers, no help, not even a greeting. Go to Margaret River instead if you can.
