We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mareeba Mitsubishi! The team is super friendly as well as highly flexible and accommodating, delivering outstanding service with an very warm, understanding and human approach that really is a rarity these days. Topping things off was the professionalism and knowledge of the mechanics in diagnosing the issue with our Mitsubishi which spot-on and second to none. The fix was quick and hassle-free, at a very reasonable price, and all accompanied by a smile. A HUGE thanks to the whole awesome team at Mareeba Mitsubishi for truly saving the day and for their outstanding work and truly top-notch customer service all around!!!
Had a mechanical problem addressed under warranty very quickly and efficiently. Quoted a week to fix but repaired and returned within 2 business days. Liz & Allison both were very helpful at the service desk and kept me up to date. Mechanics did the job quicker then expected. Awesome dealership, very highly recommend

Absolutely incredible customer service. Had just passed the town heading north when a major issue occurred with my car. Drove back into town and took it straight to mareeba mitsubishi who went above and beyond to fix it quickly so I could be on my way as soon as possible. Awful experience. I brought the car in to fix for quite big problems, and every time someting new came up. Really long time waiting to get an appointment. Some dodgy trick like changing twice the same part, and taking a whole day for a job of 5 minutes. I have just realised that they broke a couple of screws inside the car, of course without telling me anything. I'll never suggest them to anyone.
I would say second to none. Exemplary service from the front desk to the back. Best moter dealer I have had anything to deal with of all some 23 . 9/10.
