Cannot miss a visit to the Mareeba Heritage Museum and Information Centre! There are so many interesting displays that will keep you and your family entertained/fascinated for hours!

Enjoyed this museum.  Fun to walk around.  We also met the Mareeba Mayor here and had a nice lunch.  Very enjoyable.

Amazingly good display of local history for a free, volunteer-run historical museum. The exhibit on the history of the tobacco industry in the area is particularly good and locally relevant.
