MBY is my happy place. I always leave that room with my cup filled to the brim. The community spirit is like no other I've experienced in a studio, it's warm & it's welcoming. The range of teachers & classes is exceptional & I really feel there is something for everyone. I am grateful everyday to be a part of this incredible community!!
What a special space to practice & meet other wonderful people, not to mention the beach access for a dip in the ocean afterwards! This studio is a true gift, I’m deeply grateful to have found it x
This place is a real treasure. Every day we students marvel at how lucky were are to be a part of this magical place. We have a huge variety of classes yin, vin yin, vinyassa, flow, pilates, and more - heated or non heated. Every one of our teachers are truly exceptional; they seem to be Soul and or Spirit led ?! which somehow transfers through to us, the students in the most profound of ways. My body is improving not just aesthetically, but physically as well. yay I'd heard of benefits of yoga and pilates - they actually compliment one another! but now I KNOW and when you know; you know, and I'm a Yogi-for-life. Our community is friendly and welcoming. I always leave class feeling a little bit better about myself and about my place in this sometimes challenging world.
Such an amazing little studio and supportive community. I use both studio and virtual class options. All the teachers are lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. This is a great studio for beginners like I was and right up to advanced. There is a class for everybody, no matter where your level is at. Thanks Sara and Team
Always a lovely start to the weekend with 6am beach yoga at Marcoola Beach. Even got the teens there early. Grace, Kirra and two international students. Thanks Bec and Sarah for first class of the season it was awesome!!!! ‍
