Not happy with customer service . Not helpful at all and ruin yr day if you go there
Service is slow. And she is not helpful. Avoid at all costs.
Google shows closing time is 4.30pm, I had some very urgent documents to be sent overseas and they are already closed.
They did not give me my change one day and another time they charged me $3 more for mailing something than another Post Shop charged me. I am worried about this type of service. The only previous experience I have had with this is RD addresses, being charged differently at different post shops.
Appalling to be greeted by the teller whom yelled out "what do you want!" This is a New Zealand owned bank, and as a proud kiwi - this is not who we are. Could you please provide your staff with the appropriate training in how to effectively communicate with members of the public, in a positive manner. Good manners wouldn't go astray either.
You can apply for IRD here. But get copy of your visa and passport, else they will charge you for photocopy. They do not inform you before hand about the charges. I had copy of the visa, but still the lady Sashi took photocopy of the photocopy. Wow! $1 for two photocopies. Not a big amount, but can’t tolerate dishonesty!!
Worst post shop ever, grumpy unhelpful bunch of people. You wait in the queue just to be greeted with a hurry up and get lost attitude. Your manager needs to do something seriously about this.
Good Post Shop with KiwiBank. Staff are friendly and helpful, but can have long que's at times.

Useless indian man didn't sound like he wanted to help last time using this post office wish i could give you a no star rating
