Just read the first review,and had almost exact same experience
Told me it would a a two week wait, then on the day they where to deliver I rang and left 2 messages, which where not returned,finally got hold of her and she said that she would ring back.
GUESS what ? ,never did.
Now won't answer phonecalls.............Lucky I haven't paid them any money.

No communication and non efficient, about 70% wood received wet & hard to burn. Tried contacting supplier to arrange swap for more dry wood but will not answer phone calls or messages. Will never buy from here again!!
