Our regular takeaway, always warm and fresh and delivered quickly. One of the few consistent takeaways in Mansfield, even on a Saturday night.
Rude staff, accepted order and took money but then said they hadn’t accepted my order! Very rude to me , actually liked this takeaway but will not be ordering again.
I’ve just ordered a takeaway from Pizzaria. The delivery driver has just opened my door after not hearing him knock and shouted through the door. That is absolutely disgusting behaviour and denying it and I’ve just watched cctv back and he did open it
Very nice pizza and they do our special order we want for my daughters garlic bread. We go so regular that my husband now just asks for normal
Italian pizza ? i wonder if owner has ever seen or eaten Italian pizza. It's not italian and that was the only reason why i ordered. Came burnt, almost black. Will never order again.
Absolutely vile, the chips were soggy, the kebab were hard and the pizza were dripping in grease. overall disgusting. Made me and my partner very ill. Must be food poisoning or bad hygiene. Will never ever order from here again. £25 down drain. Wasn’t worth it at all. Not even a penny. Only positive is delivery driver we’re very polite.
Ordered online which took 1 hour 20 minutes to initially arrive. Order was wrong so phoned them and they said it would be sent immediately out. Over an hour later still not arrived, called them up to chase it to be met with somebody talking over me, talking in a different language to others in the shop and then talking down to me. They said it was being sent out. Had to call back 20 minutes later due to the shop soon closing for the bloke to answer going ‘what’ and saying it should be there any second. 2 minutes later, delivery driver calls to say outside and turns out that they were at the wrong property!! Called the shop and asked for a refund to which they said that I had to request this with the company we ordered through and basically not their problem. Down right rude, ignorant people and wouldn’t waste another penny here. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON A MONEY GRABBING SHOP FULL OF RUDE AND IGNORANT PEOPLE!
Ordered online, said food would be 40 minutes. Finally arrived an hour and 20 later! Their website is still showing the food being prepared even after they've closed. Apparently delivery driver went to wrong address even though they had our postcode! Not used them in ages, and won't be doing so again. After all that the quality of the food was mediocre at best. Definitely much better pizza places out there
Take away order. Arrived late and burnt complained and they promised a fresh straight away. 40 minuets later asked for a refund as it was ridiculous and they refused. Spoke to just eat who sorted our refund without issue. Went to bed hungry
