DO NOT GO HERE This hairdresser is the worst place Ive ever been too. I came in to do a balayage. My hair was basically ruined from top to bottom by their treatment. Strands were falling out after the hair had been washed out, and my hair was like jelly. Complete hair apocalypse. I contemplated shaving my head, it was that bad. I had to go to another hairdresser who looked at the state of my hair and nearly cried. She cut half my hair off because it was BEYOND badly damaged, it was completely dead. This salon is a sham.

I came here after trying to DIY balayage my hair at home and making a mess of it. They managed to save my hideous looking hair and turn it into a professional looking balayage. It's also grown our really well which is a bonus!

After putting foils in my hair my hairdresser did several other walk in clients, when it was time to remove the foils my hair was overdeveloped, it was so fragile that bits were falling on the floor. It was the consistency of jelly.. She then charged me the full price of the service and didn't acknowledge that she had fried my hair, traumatized.

I was visiting Sydney to attend a wedding and booked and 'updo' appointment over the phone. They advertised it for $55 and I confirmed this amount and discussed washing my hair the day before at home to make styling easier. Upon arrival the stylist started to 'blow dry' my already dry hair, when I asked why, thinking he was styling a 'bob' he explained it makes it's easier (spent 5 minutes doing this blow dry). When I went to pay the other hair dress got the calculator out and wanted to charge me $100 (nape of neck length hair). I was shocked and explained that wasn't the quote and I wasn't prepared for that and asked why? She told me because of the 'blowdry'.....on my already DRY hair??? I think it is a scam and then they CHARGE WHATEVER. I was very shocked and would recommend NOT to use this salon.
